Delay to Karl's Friday Herb

I was a day late, due to teaching some year 3 Herbal Medicine degree students, however, clumsily on Saturday evening I tripped and bent the fingers on my right hand right back on the wall, I've caused major soft tissue trauma on the flexor tendons.

Need a week or two to fully repair; rest, ice, regular application of herbal anti-inflammatory cream and internal taking of Achillea (the warriors herb), however as I'm right handed, this typing, one key at a time is annoying and time consuming, this means there will be a delay in new herbs, sorry xxx
